Decision details

To inform Cabinet of the budget monitoring position against the General Fund, Housing Revenue Account and Capital Programme for 2014/15; and of proposed improvements to the monitoring of debt.

1.  Cabinet approved to transfer £1.443m within the HRA to the Earmarked HRA New Properties Reserve ready for the Delivery of the 2015-2018 HCA Affordable home programme;

2.  Cabinet noted the General Fund capital outturn and agreed the budget virements detailed as per Annex 2 for the General Fund capital programme;

3.  Cabinet noted the HRA capital outturn and agreed the budget virements as detailed as per Annex 3.

Corporate priorities will only be deliverable with robust finances and this report gives Members the opportunity to review the Council’s current position.
