Consultation process
Informal consultation through meetings and workshops with Councillors, tenant Area Board and officers of EKH and TDC between June and September. In addition information to all tenants is included in Newsletters. Preliminary notice served on all tenants November 2014 outlining the intended variation to the tenancy agreement and inviting tenant’s comments and in March a formal 28 day notice will be served on all tenants implementing the changes.
