Reasons for the decision:
Adoption of the policies was recommended for the following reasons:
- It is aligned with the requirements of the Regulator for Social Housing;
- It gives the framework to support section 5 of the Resident Involvement Strategy;
- They have been the subject of consultation with the tenants and leaseholders groups, who supported the policy.
Alternative options considered:
The option to reject or amend the proposed policy was rejected.
