To approve the Minutes of the Licensing Board meeting held on 15.6.21, copy attached.

Councillor Bambridge proposed, Councillor Wing seconded and Members agreed the minutes as a correct record of the Board meeting that was held on 15 June 2021.

To approve the minutes of the Licensing Sub-Committee meetings held on 9.6.21, 25.6.21 and 6.7.21, copies attached.

Councillor Potts proposed, Councillor Wing seconded and Members agreed the minutes as correct records of the Licensing Sub Committee meetings that was held on 09 June, 25 June and 6 July 2021.

It was proposed by Councillor Shrubb, seconded by Councillor M. Saunders and Members agreed:

That the public and press be excluded from the meeting on agenda item 6 as it contains exempt information as defined in Paragraph 7 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Ms Jennifer Phillips, Principal Litigation Solicitor made the introductory remarks by advising on the meeting procedure for the discussion of this item.

Mrs Stocker, Senior Licensing Officer, presented the report.

Further to debate, the decision of the Licensing Board on the 27 July 2021 was as follows:

Upon the hearing of representations to the Licensing Board further to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976;

Upon the consideration of the application for a New Licence to Drive Private Hire Vehicle One Year licence dated the 24^th February 2021;

Upon hearing the report from the Licensing Officer, Jade Malyn and the applicant in person, Mr Nathan Richardson, the decision of the Licensing Board on the 27^th July 2021 is that the new application be granted for a probationary period of year subject to a review for its renewal at the end the year.
