“In the application of Mr Andrew Leslie Smith for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, in respect of Royston, I Chandos Road, Broadstairs Kent CT10 1QB, to Thanet District Council as relevant Licensing Authority in accordance with section 12 of the Licensing Act and upon the consideration of representations made to the Licensing Sub-Committee on the 22nd October 2020 by:

1. The Licensing Authority – Ms Brock

2. The Applicant - Mr Smith

3. The Applicants Solicitor - Mr Dylan

4. The Police – Ms Greig

5. Member of the Public - Mrs Martin

It is the decision of the Licensing Sub-Committee that the licence be granted for the operation of Royston, 1 Chandos Road, Broadstairs, Kent, CT10 1QB as a micropub”
