The Sub-Committee agreed the following:

Upon reviewing THE PREMISES LICENCE AT FREDDIE’S 3 DUKE STREET  MARGATE CT9 1EP, legitimate concerns were taken into consideration in relation to the  conduct of the designated premises supervisor Mr Samuel WESTON in that he has  failed his duty as a designated premises supervisor. It can be demonstrated that, in the  circumstances associated with the particular premises, poor management and  competency has given rise to issues of crime and disorder and public safety.

The decision of the licensing board is as follows:

Suspend the licence for a period (not exceeding 2 months.)

Mr Samuel Weston is removed as the designated premises supervisor and in that time  period must appoint a competent and appropriately trained designated premises  supervisor especially in relation to the CCTV.

To uphold the proposed conditions by environmental health.
