Councillor David Saunders proposed, Councillor Stuart Piper seconded and Members agreed the minutes as a correct record of the General Purposes Committee meeting that was held on 30 September 2020.

To approve the Minutes of the meeting of the General Purposes Committee held on 7 April 2021, copy attached.

Councillor Rusiecki proposed, Councillor Albon seconded and Members agreed the minutes as a correct record of the General Purposes Committee meeting that was held on 7 April 2021.

Councillor Albon proposed, Councillor Bob Bayford seconded and Members agreed that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for agenda item 6 as it contains exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

The Committee considered the matter before them and agreed a way forward.
