One Member urged the cabinet advisory group to assist with raising the issue of the dangers of vaping at the appropriate forum as this was an issue of concern regarding the wellbeing of young people.

Madeline Homer advised Members that the purpose of having the item on the agenda was in order to provide updates to Members and build East Kent partnership around establishing a Kent and Medway Care Networks. It was hoped that this would assist districts to retain a voice during and after the reforms to the way health services were delivered in the region.
