The item was not considered. This will be presented at the next meeting of the sub committee.

Councillor David Saunders proposed, Councillor Game seconded and Members agreed that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for agenda item 5 (and related background documents) as they relate to exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Ms Ros Foster introduced the item for discussion and Members discussed the matter before them. Thereafter the Investigation and Disciplinary Sub-Committee agreed on the way forward.
