Councillor Wright replaced Councillor Game on the IDSC.

To receive any declarations of interest. Members are advised to consider the advice contained within the Declaration of Interest advice attached to this Agenda. If a Member declares an interest, they should complete the Declaration of Interest Form

Councillor Piper and Councillor Ashbee re-affirmed the declarations they made at the IDSC meeting on 23 September 2020.

Councillor Ashbee proposed, Councillor Albon seconded and Members agreed that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for agenda items 3, 4 and 5 as they contain exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

To approve the Minutes of the Investigations & Disciplinary Sub Committee meeting held on 10 August 2020.

NB: (After the 21 October 2020 meeting, the details were moved to the restricted section of the minutes in mod.gov).

Councillor Albon proposed, Councillor Piper seconded and Members agreed the minutes as a correct record of the IDSC meeting that was held on 10 August 2020.

To approve the Minutes of the Investigations & Disciplinary Sub Committee meeting held on 23 September 2020.
