Councillor Piper proposed, Councillor Albon seconded and Members agreed that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for agenda items 4, and 5 they contain exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Councillor Scobie proposed, Councillor Ashbee seconded and Members agreed the minutes as the correct record of the meeting that was held on 10 February 2021.

Members considered the report and agreed a way forward.
