Cabinet agreed the following:
1. To the 2022/23 Capital Programme budget adjustments and virements, numbered 1 to 8, as set out in section 5.3 and Annex 1 to the cabinet report;
2. To the 2022/23 HRA Capital Programme budget adjustments and virements, numbered 7.4 to 7.6 in the report.
