Consultation process
Informal consultation through meetings and workshops with Councillors, Tenant Area Board and officers of East Kent Housing and Thanet District Council between June and September. In addition, information to all tenants is included in Newsletters. A formal preliminary notice will be served on all tenants in December / January, outlining the intended variation to the tenancy agreement and inviting tenants’ comments and in March a formal 28-day notice will be served on all tenants implementing the changes.
