What the decision will mean: To approve the procurement and award of the contract to undertake the demolition of the pavilion and construction of a new temporary changing facility at Jackey Bakers Recreation Ground. The existing pavilion is closed on the basis of health and safety guidance. The new changing facilities will ensure that the Council can provide facilities that are fit for purpose at Jackey Bakers Recreation Ground.
