Cabinet were asked to consider and approve the proposed budget consultation in order to obtain feedback from residents and other key stakeholders on next year’s draft budget.

Cabinet agreed the following: 

 

1.  That the proposed budget consultation be approved for publication.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable public engagement on the 24/25 draft budget.

Alternative options considered:

Cabinet could choose not to approve this report (advising the reason(s) why); thereby not allowing the consultation to take place.
