Cabinet agreed to adopt and publish the four policies.

Adoption of the policies was recommended for the following reasons:
They are aligned with the requirements of the Regulator for Social Housing.
They have been the subject of consultation with the tenants and leaseholders groups, who supported the policies

The option to reject or amend some or all of the proposed policies was rejected.
