Application For Grant Of Licence To Drive Private Hire Vehicles Minutes: The Licensing Officer introduced the report to consider a licence to drive Private Hire Vehicles and provided Members with a copy of the application.
The applicant addressed the Licensing Board.
Members addressed questions to the applicant.
The Regulatory Services Manager asked questions of the applicant.
Councillor Tomlinson proposed, Councillor Matterface seconded and Members AGREED the following:
“To grant a licence for a full year”.
