Councillor David Saunders proposed, Councillor Bob Bayford seconded and the committee agreed that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for agenda items 4 and 5 as they contain exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

To approve the Minutes of the meeting of the General Purposes Committee held on 25 August 2021, copy attached.

Councillor Mave Saunders proposed, Councillor Rawf seconded and Members agreed the minutes as a correct record of the General Purposes Committee meeting that was held on 25 August 2021.

Councillor Bob Bayford proposed, Councillor Stuart Piper seconded and Members of the General Purposes Committee UNANIMOUSLY AGREED that the committee report be referred to Full Council on 14 October for final decision.
