16.	Apologies for Absence Minutes: There were no apologies received at the meeting.
17.	Declaration of Interests To receive any declarations of interest. Members are advised to consider the advice contained within the Declaration of Interest form attached at the back of this agenda. If a Member declares an interest, they should complete that form and hand it to the officer clerking the meeting and then take the prescribed course of action. Minutes: There were no declarations received at the meeting.
18.	Minutes of previous meeting PDF 59 KB To approve the Minutes of the Pleasurama Site Development Review TFG meeting held on 31 October 2013, copy attached. Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed and signed by the chairman.
19.	Exclusion of public and press PDF 65 KB Report to follow Minutes: Councillor Nicholson proposed, Councillor Campbell seconded and Members agreed that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for agenda item 5 (Review of the Current Pleasurama Site Development Agreement - External Legal Advice) as it contained exempt information as defined in Paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
20.	Review of the Current Pleasurama Site Development Agreement - External Legal Advice View the reasons why item 20. is restricted Report to follow Minutes: Mr Harvey Patterson, Corporate & Regulatory Services Manager introduced the item. He went through the main issues relating to the legal advice received from Pinsent Mason LLP. Members had been offered the opportunity to view the full copy of the legal advice before the sub-group meeting; only by appointment with Mr Patterson. Mr Patterson then requested Members of the sub-group to come up with recommendations to be forwarded to the Overview & Scrutiny Panel. He said that the legal advice offered Members the opportunity to offer a number of options for consideration by the executive in order to move forward the Pleasurama Site Development issue. Members received the report.
21.	Review of the Current Pleasurama Site Development Agreement - Findings and Recommendations to OSP Minutes: The Sub-Group continued discussion in private and agreed to forward recommendations to the Overview & Scrutiny Panel.
