A report identifying improvements required in the services provided by East Kent Housing was considered by Cabinet. The report also presented a proposed Improvement Plan (Annex 1 to the report) for consideration. The plan included specific actions, outcomes and performance indicators that will be monitored during the period of the plan.
The report also set out the additional funding requested by EKH to secure the successful delivery of the improvements required. Costs have been included within budget proposals for 2019/20 for approval by Cabinet and Council in due course.
